“VENETIA” is a popular relatively inexpensive Sheer Embroidered Valance and Tier imported from France. The pattern repeats itself every 6 inches horizontally. The actual gather or fullness that you see is 1 1/2 times the rod length. You can, however, vary that from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 times fullness.
